Cancellations Policy:
- We as your hosts, understand that cancellations sometimes happen. Due to the size of our Inn, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we keep to our cancellation policy. When you reserve a room, we turn down any other requests for that room, and you agree to pay the rate quoted for the total number of days stated by your reservation.
- We require cancellations to be made 10 days or more prior to date of your arrival. All cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
- If a cancellation or change to a reservation is received less than 10 days prior to the arrival date, the full amount of original reservation will be charged to the card on file and is non-refundable. All cancellations must be made by telephone conversation directly with the innkeepers. Deposits will be refunded only upon the room being rebooked.
*Failure to cancel a reservation will result in the full amount of the original reservation billed to the card on file and is non-refundable.
