Cancellations Policy:

We as your hosts, understand that cancellations sometimes happen. Due to the size of our Inn, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we keep to our cancellation policy. When you reserve a room, we turn down any other requests for that room, and you agree to pay the rate quoted for the total number of days stated by your reservation.
We require cancellations to be made 10 days or more prior to date of your arrival. All cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
If a cancellation or change to a reservation is received less than 10 days prior to the arrival date, the full amount of original reservation will be charged to the card on file and is non-refundable. All cancellations must be made by telephone conversation directly with the innkeepers. Deposits will be refunded only upon the room being rebooked.
